JuneShine is a widely popular hard kombucha brand based in San Diego that is best known for its sustainable and transparent approach to the alcohol consumer category. Founded by two University of San Diego graduates with a vision to create a more healthy and transparent product, the company managed to attract a massive following and has since expanded and opened its first tasting room in Santa Monica, California this year.

The company’s Series A funding was led by investments from Whitney Cummings and Diplo. Between the years 2020 and 2021, the brand doubled in revenue and is using the extra capital to double again through nationwide sales.
